How we work
Five steps.
No surprises.
The same process on a single gate as on a full commercial facade. Here is exactly what happens, and what you can expect from us at each stage.
-
Step 1
Consultation & site visit
We come to you. We measure the opening, look at the structure, and ask what the space actually has to do — because the brief and the problem are not always the same thing.
What you can expect
- A visit at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends
- Real measurements taken on site, not estimates from a photo
- An honest answer if we think you need something different from what you asked for
- No charge, and no obligation
-
Step 2
Design & quotation
You get a drawing with real dimensions and an itemised quotation — materials, fabrication, finishing, installation and transport, each on its own line. You will know exactly what you are paying for.
What you can expect
- A drawing you approve before anything is cut
- An itemised, fixed price — not a lump sum
- Material and finish options, with the trade-offs explained
- Quotation within 48 hours of the site visit for most jobs
-
Step 3
Fabrication
Your job is built in our own workshop, where we can hold the tolerances. Cutting, welding, assembly and finishing all happen under one roof, by the people who will also install it.
What you can expect
- A confirmed lead time, stated in your quotation
- Progress photos if you are away from the site
- Steel degreased, primed and finished before it leaves the workshop
- A call from us the moment anything changes — before you have to ask
-
Step 4
Delivery & installation
Our own crew installs the work. We protect the space, fit and align everything, seal where it needs sealing, and clean up before we leave.
What you can expect
- Installation by our team — never a subcontractor
- Work phased around your trading hours if the building is occupied
- The site left secure at the end of every day
- Debris removed and the space swept on completion
-
Step 5
Handover & aftercare
We walk the job with you. Anything not right goes on a snag list and gets fixed — that is what the walk-through is for. Then the warranty starts.
What you can expect
- A joint walk-through and sign-off
- Snags listed and fixed, not argued about
- 12-month workmanship warranty from handover
- Servicing for gates, automation and sliding systems whenever you need it
Ready to start at step one?
The site visit and the quotation are free, and there is no obligation to go any further.
