The brief
Overview
A glazed frontage and integrated signage frame that gave a plain industrial shed a commercial face fit for tenanting.
The challenge
The landlord needed the building to read as premium office space to prospective tenants, on an industrial building budget.
What we did
We concentrated the spend on the frontage — a full-height glazed entrance bay and a clean powder-coated signage frame — and left the flanks as simple painted steel. The building lets at office rates.
