The brief
Overview
Structural steelwork, access staircases and balustrades for a multi-storey commercial development, delivered floor by floor alongside the main contractor.
The challenge
Our steel had to land on site exactly when each floor was ready — too early and it blocked the slab, too late and it held up every other trade.
What we did
We fabricated to a rolling schedule tied to the main contractor's slab pours, delivering each floor's steel within a two-day window of it being needed.
